Proud To Be a Successful Peer Review Firm
As part of FHHP’s commitment to providing our valued clients with the highest quality of professional services we have, since 1990, voluntarily submitted to a “Peer Review.” This process ensures our compliance with the latest industry standards, and that we are meeting the strict integrity guidelines set for the practice of public accounting.
Our most recent Peer Review report, issued on February 10, 2015, states that Fabietti, Hale, Hammerstedt & Powers meets all acceptable practice standards, and complies within the parameters as established by the regulatory body of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
What is Peer Review?
Peer Review is a program that is administered in cooperation with the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and is overseen by the AICPA. The Peer Review program requires CPA firms to have a rigorous outside review of their accounting and auditing practice once every three years.
FHHP recruits an independent CPA firm to examine the quality control structure and processes used by the Firm and evaluate our work product to ensure compliance with applicable standards set forth by the AICPA. A Peer Review determines whether a firm has suitable quality control policies and procedures and is complying with them.
Assurance that Benefits our Clients
Participation by FHHP in the Peer Review program allows us to continually improve our quality control policies and procedures and improve client services. Our clients can be assured that FHHP meets the profession’s high standards of quality and professionalism. Peer Review also ensures that we keep current on the latest standards and trends, which translates into more knowledgeable advice and confirms our commitment to performing at the very highest level.
